Holds a PhD in Agribusiness Management, and lecturers business and management course at Malawi Assemblies of God University. He also manages development project in the dairy sector in Malawi to improve smallholder farmers income as they diversify away from tobacco which has been their main source of income for years. He is managing an FSFW funded dairy development pilot project in Malawi
