What is Scrum
Scrum is a framework to address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value. It is not a methodology of project management, but a new heuristic approach to better deal with unpredictability and solving complex problems, such as a contingency and force majeure events.
Today more than ever, this approach can help companies and their project managers to face up with the pandemic emergency and progress with their projects in the most efficient way. This course will give you an overview of the Scrum Framework and an introduction to Lean and Agile principles.
Who can participate to the webinar?
This course is aimed at those with a background in Project Management who want to experience an Agile mindset to better afford unpredictability and contingencies during their project progress.
How to participate?
Join the ISPM web community and apply for membership. Once your registration is complete, you can access to the webinar registration.
The details to participate to the webinar will be sent to you upon ISPM approval. The webinar is totally free for a maximum of 100 applicants, accepted on a first come first serve basis.
What is ISPM?
The International School on Project Management is a school organized in collaboration with the Center of Excellence for the Acceleration of Harm Reduction (CoEHAR) of the University of Catania, in one of the most beautiful seaside resort in Sicily. The ISPM aim is to train participants in the creation and management of projects (from the proposal writing to the delivery of reports), with a specific focus on research projects surrounding the concept of tobacco harm reduction.
